I Am Made Of Divine Light

During this hectic season it’s hard to slow down and become more present. But I want to Invite you right now to breathe, to take a few deeper breaths and to focus on re-charging your energy. Take a moment to notice the Divine light within you. God doesn’t want you to run faster than you have strength. So, make it a point to slow down a little and notice the divinity within you and around you.

Can you feel that light of God within you today? Can you see the Divine light in the animals, plants and people around you? We all have a soul. That inner light that connects us to our creator. We often go through life without thinking about all of the light that actually surrounds us. ☀️ We close ourselves off to it. We allow the Busyness and overwhelm to get in the way and we don’t take the time to SLOW DOWN & Just enjoy the little moments. Instead we live our lives often comparing ourselves to others, we constantly judge ourselves or feel that we’re lacking things or that we’re not good enough, have enough etc…We use social media, tv, food, shopping and many other things to buffer our emotions. We’re not willing to sit with ourselves for a few minutes to just feel what is in our hearts and help ourselves process our energy and emotions.

We need to be able to teach ourselves to disconnect from all that our minds have going on, to just have a moment to slow down, to breathe and to connect to ourselves. The more we’re able to do that, the more we will get to know ourselves. The more comfortable we will become at feeling all kinds of emotions and helping ourselves to return to calm, peace and love. (Which is what that light within us is all about ) This practice of slowing down and noticing the light will trickle down slowly to all areas of our lives and it will help us to acknowledge the Divine light within us more. We will also be better able to see that same divine light of God all around us in the eyes of our loved ones, animals and all other living things.

This Christmas season and throughout the year, I invite you to focus on the light. When we can focus on the light of God, we’re better able to invite more of it into our lives. We can forgive others, we can recognize with humility our mistakes and know that there’s a loving God who is always ready to help us on our journey toward becoming a purer soul. He is ready to fill us with more light if we desire to bring it and invite it to reside more brightly into our lives.

OUR SOUL MISSION IS TO LEARN ABOUT THE DIVINITY WITHIN US AND ALLOW THAT DIVINITY TO EXPAND!!! So, let’s slow down a little and focus on seeing the divinity within ourselves and all around us. See that divine light in your family members, in the plants, animals and all living things. Recognize the light, bless it, welcome the light of God around you to come in and reside within you. Feel His peace and His love by being willing to NOTICE THE DIVINE WITHIN YOU AND AROUND YOU. Allow yourself to invite more of the light and love of God to reside within you and around you today. Let go of the things that don’t help you or serve you and do your best to be present and to sense the spirit of all that is Divine around you. Allow your day to flow from that abundance of light. Instead, notice that the light of God brings a calm confidence and trust that you’re surrounded by that loving peace and abundance from God and that all of your needs will be met and you will be able to prioritize and focus on the truly important things and in the things that bring more light into your life and the lives of those around you.

Live In The Present.

Be here. Today, guide your thoughts back to the present moment with gentle focus and live fully right where you are. Just being present throughout your day will allow you to experience more peace and joy.

We often keep our thoughts focused on the past or on the future and we forget to just enjoy today. To be present and to be here, right now. God has counseled us in this too, Mathew 6:34 Says; “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” In His words, we learn that He wants us to be present.

I want to invite you to purposefully be more present during your day today. Let your day flow with grace, and tune in to your inner spirit to allow God to guide you toward where He wants you to focus your energy and attention today.

Allow yourself to be open to welcome the light of God into your life. To purposely focus on not allowing your Mind to go to the pst or the future but instead focus on Feeling the love of God as it fills you and as you invite it in. ❤️ His light & love allows you to be positive and to experience that inner Joy that can only come form His presence.

Today, notice what is around you and express gratitude for each moment you experience. Give thanks for your blessings, no matter how small they may be. Allow yourself to be open, kind and filled with love toward yourself and others. See the good in those around you and focus on inviting THE GOOD into your mind and heart from one moment to the next. Those things which you choose to focus on, will allow you to become more aligned to God, flowing in His light and being able to more easily enjoy the gift of TODAY.

When you are present there is a certain stillness and centeredness inside. You calm down. If you are feeling stressed during your normal day then one of my favorite ways to let that go is to take belly breaths and just focus on them for a minute or two.

To practice being present I suggest that you focus on your senses more. I call it 5,4,3,2,1 (5 things you see, 4 you hear, 3 that you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 that you can taste) focusing on your senses brings your attention to the present moment. Allow yourself to re-discover the beauty around you as if you were a child, seeing things for the first time. This will allow you to live more in the moment.

If you have moments of stress during the day. Remember to bring your Mind back to the awareness of the power that you can have now to calm yourself down. The breathing with belly seems to calm one down in a physical way. I always have to make time to take some deep breaths to calm myself down. By focusing just on the in and out-breaths you connect to the present moment instead of the past or future scenarios that are making you feel stressed.

This time of the year is when we need to slow down a little more and enjoy being more present. Listen closely to your inner voice guiding you and helping you feel grateful for each moment that you have. Use your breaths, your senses to bring you to each moment, letting go of all the other thoughts (because they are just thoughts) that try to intrude and disrupt the inner peace and power that you have now.

Buddha said: “The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.”

Also, Leo Tolstoy said; “There is only one time that is important – NOW! It is the most important time because it is the only time that we have any power.”

So, today focus your energy and power on the moments that you have control of. Be present, kind and loving toward yourself and others one moment at a time. Seek the wisdom that God has for you today, and live aligned to the knowledge that God loves you and wants to help you be more present In your conversations, actions and thoughts. The more you practice those breaths and bringing your mind back to the present moment, the more you will enjoy living today and the more power you will have over the distractions and judgements that arise in our mind. The power is here, Now!

Hope that you can make it to class this afternoon at 5:00pm. ❤️ To enjoy the outdoors, to release stress and give yourself the opportunity to strengthen your Body, Mind and Spirit and leave feeling renewed, peaceful and filled with light to help you throughout your week. Just so you know, we will have class tonight and the 15th of December. Class will be canceled the 22nd and the 29th of December. & we will resume again on January 5th, 2022. Hope that you can make it to these last few classes of 2021. ❤️

Love you all! & Don’t forget that you’re not alone. You’re supported, guided and unconditionally loved exactly as you are. God loves YOU! and will help you through it all. Trust Him and feel His love and peace available for YOU TODAY.

Lili ❤️

December Blessings ❤️

December tends to get a little crazy for all of us. As I was doing my Christmas shopping the other day, I noticed how many of us were running around, trying to find the right gifts. People were zooming by me from one place to another. As I took a minute to stop and notice the chaos around me, I felt exhausted.

The holidays bring so many beautiful moments, but at the same time it’s also a time when we feel that we are expected to be and do everything. Most of us gain weight at the holidays because so much is on our shoulders. We are expected to be psychics as we shop, we are expected to clean and decorate the house, to host the family dinners, cook, wrap, share cards, etc. And all while still looking cute in our Christmas sweaters! 😉 Haha

I realized that this level of running around and doing all of this “craziness” is definitely up to me to choose. I started thinking about how much I don’t want this Christmas season to feel chaotic and crazy, for me or for those around me. I wish we didn’t have to do all the shopping and running around (because of the consumerism attached to this Holiday). And I also wish there wasn’t so much pressure to be and do during the holiday season. Instead, I want to make room to slow down a little. To be more present, To focus on the blessings more than the gifts and to allow myself and my heart to be turned outward to others, to share my peace, love and joy rather than focus on the hectic schedule of the season.

As December begins, I want to invite you and myself to revise our standards and allow the messages of the season -peace, love and joy- to serve as our guide. Similar to the Marie Kondo method, where an item is salvaged or pitched based on the joy it brings, let us consider each extra activity on our list and ask the question, “Can I do this while still retaining my peace (calm and composure), Love (goodwill toward all including pets 😉 and joy (a good mood)? If the answer is no, we have options when we revise our standards we actually lift our spirits.

Remember that you don’t have to do or be everything this holiday season. Try to minimize and make things easier and more enjoyable for yourself. Give yourself time to still slow down, to be present, to listen to God for whom he needs you to serve. (You don’t have to serve everyone either, use your wisdom) Don’t feel pressured to fall into the business of the season. Try your best to focus on joy, to serve with compassion and to enjoy the little moments of this season. It will all work out and it will all be beautiful if we choose to focus on that. God will take care of all of us in His own ways. Make time to notice Him more this season.

You can also say this to yourself: “I respect myself enough to allow peace, love and joy to be the measure of my activities this week. I protect my right to make room for the joys of the spirit and the peace to hear the voice of my soul.”

I hope that you can continue to make time to take care of yourself this holiday season. That you may choose to do something great for your body, mind and spirit. Class will motivate you to do that for yourself. So, make it happen today at 5pm and you’ll fee the difference. The hardest thing is showing up. Once you’re there, we’ll take care of the rest & it will be an opportunity to enjoy the sunset and do something amazing for yourself. You won’t regret it! Love you all and I hope that you can make it. ❤️

Our Spiritual goal for the month is to live in Peace, Love and Joy. To filter carefully what is really important. I’d like to challenge you instead to give a little service each day instead. 😉 fill your heart with all that brings you peace, love and joy.

Our physical goal is to not allow the stress of the season to affect how we take care fo our bodies. Continue to exercise and eat healthy. You deserve it. This is the time when we need our immune systems working their best and exercise and nutritious food will be our shields to protect us.

Love you all and can’t wait to see you tonight at 5pm ❤️

Love,

Lili
