Do it!

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year!!! I’m so excited to start 2016 and to be able to do better this year than we did the last. This quote is straight to the point and it spoke to me because I realized that sometimes I say that I’m gonna do this and that…But at the end of the year I notice that I actually never DID those things. :/ The thoughts were in my head all along but the ACTION was never there!!!! šŸ™ This year I want to do things differently and I want to work on putting more action into things that are important to me. So, lets do this together! you have my support! Let’s put more ACTION into our lives to actually make things happen for ourselves.:) <3
To start out the year we have to set goals and have a vision for our year. Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” We have to have a vision to know where we’re going, we have to set goals and take action to actually get there and fulfill our vision. That’s why it is so important that we pray for the goals we should set and not just write down a bunch of stuff of what we want. We have to Ā be grateful and actually think and realize that God has given us another day, another year, another opportunity to become closer to that person that He created us to be. He has a purpose for us on this earth and it is no accident that we are here at this precise time. <3 We have to ask our father in Heaven what goals He wants us to set for ourselves that will guide us in HIS direction for our lives not in our direction…God needs to be our guide.
That is why we come to our Father in Heaven in prayer, to ask, believing in His help, His intelligence and power for our lives. to know that if He wants us to focus on these goals it’s because HE WILL HELP US ACCOMPLISH THEM!!! & He will let us know in our hearts where exactly we should be focusing our energies and what we should be doing every single day. *WhatĀ betterĀ partner can we have than Him??? <3…So, lets lose the fear, come to Him and be willing to listen and DO what He asks.
Here are a few ideas for us to set goals for ourselves on 2016 and actually accomplish them:
  1. After praying and feeling the answer in our hearts of what our goals should be, we can write them down and make them look good! haha šŸ™‚ The reason I say that is because the idea is that we’re not just gonna throw them in a drawer and be done. What we’re gonna do with them is we’re actually gonna *Put them up in our bedroom, bathroom or whatever place in our home that we will for sure SEE them every day! <3 (the key is to be reminded)
  2. The next step, is to break down the goals into doable steps that can be accomplished in either Daily habits, weeks, etc. šŸ™‚ and start adding them to your daily schedule.
  3. Plan your day the night before. with the 5 most important things to accomplish the next day, starting from hardest being #1 to easiest.
  4. The next day, wake up early and start your day with a prayer, a faith building message, meditate, exercise, have a healthy breakfast and then you’re ready to take on the day energized and to use your morning to tackle the hardest things first!!! once you have completed it 100% you can move on to number two. The idea is that you want to do the thing that gives you the greatest return on energy, or your mental and physical energy. ex; ask yourself, *which item will have the greatest value in achieving my main goal? If you don’t get everything done in one day roll things over to the next.
  5. Make a promise to yourself that when you schedule something you will actually DO IT! we have to take ACTION and make things happen!!! That means we gotta move, make phone calls,Ā get up and go exercise, eat healthy or whateverĀ it is that we may not want to do…We have to be strong enough to take ACTION on the things that we schedule for ourselves that will lead to our ultimate goal because nobody else is gonna do it for us. So, don’t let the laziness, the distractions or the one who wants to keep you distracted from accomplish great fulfilling goals get in your way! Satan wants to keep you lazy and fully distracted on other things that are not important and that will keep us away from anything that is good in our lives…We can’t let him win. If you notice a distraction or something that just seems like its one of his tactics to keep you from doing something good for yourself, then say a prayer in your heart, ask God for strength and courage to not be lazy etc…but instead to get you up and moving and to help you take action!!!Ā  God is on your side! and with Him and His power YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS!!! <3
<3 Our spiritual goal for the week is to: Pray and feel guided to set our goals for this year and take action.
<3 Our physical goal for this week is to: Stay away from chemically processed foods! basically if we can’t read and know what the ingredients on the box are, then we shouldn’t be eating it. šŸ™‚
I hope that God can leave in our hearts a desire to push ourselves!!! We’re built from greatness and with that, we can accomplish great and wonderful things in our lives. Now all it takes is ACTION!!! Lets do this together!!! We have God and those who love us on our side!…We can’t fail with God by your side! <3 We can and will fulfill your goals and so much more in our lives!!! <3
Love you all!!! I’m counting down the hours to start class again tomorrow!!! woohoo!!! This year we will get healthier, physically, emotionally and mentally. can’t wait to see everyone again and to add this class to our physical goals and to our routine on Tuesday nights! you will see how great you’ll feel!!! <3…I love the way we feel after class and I wish EVERYONE could feel that too!!! But it all take ACTION šŸ™‚ I’m here for you always! hope to see you tomorrow!!! Have a blessed and wonderful week!!! šŸ™‚ <3

Family!

I hope you are all having a wonderful Christmas season with your loved ones!!!Ā ā¤ļø I couldn’t go to sleep without sending out a little message and letting you know that you are all just such a HUGE blessing in my life! I’m so thankful for having met you, and that God crossed our paths, He never makes mistakes. I’m thankful for your examples, your courage, your friendship and for the wonderful and amazing woman that you are!!!Ā ?
I pray that this Christmas season and always God will bless us and help us to be wise. to know the things that we should be doing daily, where we really should be focusing our energies, and to understand that pure and true happiness comes from within us and from our relationship with God.
This week things were put into a different perspective for me. I’ve been thinking about my aunt who is in the hospital and also my friend who has spent the whole Christmas week at the Arnold Palmer ICU with her son who has been very delicate and not doing well…my heart broke when I received a picture of my friends son and realized the situation and how difficult this would be for any mother. I prayed with all my heart that this baby would heal and come out of this!…I know that God will take care of him and that he will be ok, I have no doubt.
My point is, that this quote that I sent you really says it all, we all gave and received lots of gifts…but really, we all know that none of the material things will bring true happiness or that we even get to take any of them with us when we leave this life…Instead it’s the ones we get to Hug! It’s the ones we get to listen to! It’s the moments that we spend with our loved ones that become our biggest and most precious treasures.Ā ?
So, treasure this time with them, let’s turn off the distractions in our lives and focus on the people that we have closest to us. Let’s tell them we love them every single day!!! Each day is a gift and we must use it wisely and fill it with goodness and Love!
May all of us be blessed with health and all that God wants to bring into our lives. I love you all and I’m here for you always!
Have a Merry Christmas and focus on what truly matters most!….God and Family! That’s our goal for the week.Ā ?
& Our physical goal, is to do some kind of physical activity at least 3 days this week! Even a walk counts! Let’s do it!!!…I miss class so much!!! Can’t wait to be back at the beginning of the year!!Ā ?
Don’t forget to take care of yourself because no one else is gonna go that for YOU! Do your best and be your best!!!Ā āœØĀ have a blessed and wonderful rest of the week!?
Love always,
LiliĀ ??

Self Esteem

Our self esteem and self worth are constantly being attacked by the media and the world around us. The “expectations” of beauty, fashion, fame, wealth, and power can sometimes create feelings within ourselves of doubt, comparison, embarrassment, resentment, sadness and a loss of love for ourselves.

Just as there is a positive energy from God in the world there also exists the evil and negative energy from the adversary who never gained a body like us and whose goal and desire is to do anything in his power to make us feel miserable like himself. Whenever we experience negative emotions in ourselves towards our own self or towards others we have to remember that ALL that is negative comes from the one who wants us to be miserable…therefore we must react quickly to get rid of those negative feelings or emotions and replace them with positive feelings!!! such as love, peace, joy, gratitude and all that is good and that comes from God! ?

So, how can we keep our self esteem at a great level (not conceited or arrogant but self esteem that brings inner peace and strength) and that will allow us get rid of negative feelings towards ourselves or others?
Here are a few ideas to help us build an even better self esteem:
1) Remember where you come from: <3 We are sons and daughters of God! the creator of the universe and within us we have the capacity to rise higher than where we are now!..As His children we can do this with His help. We have to remember that we are not here on earth to compete with anyone else!…we are all on different roads and each of those roads is made specific for each person. God has given us our own gifts, talents and our individual purpose for being on this earth at this precise time. The goal is to find what our purpose is, to help others and to be happy for them and their successes! šŸ™‚ God has a plan for us and all things will work out for our good. <3
2)Ā Humility: When we come close to God we become humble and realize that we really can’t do things withought His help. Humility and depending upon God will give us greater self esteem to know that we need Him for our inner strength and power….He is the only one who can turn our weaknesses into strengths. šŸ™‚
3) Have charity in our hearts: When we give service to others we feel good for doing something for someone else. It’s good to take a break from thinking about ourselves and our problems and focus our energies on someone else and their needs…lifting them up and helping them in any way we can will be rewarding to our souls and it brings peace, gratitude and love for ourselves and others.<3
& Last but not least, 4) Nurture ourselves: We always take care of the things we value. if we spend a lot of money on something we take good care of it…but why can’t we do that with ourselves? It is so important to take time daily to do things that will be positive for our self nurturing. we can make a list of the things that would nurture us and pick one to do for ourselves daily. it can be things like; exercising, eating healthy, praying, reading a book, listening to motivational messages, repeating positive affirmations or doing things that will be relaxing, like siting outside, enjoying the view of the beach, mediating, taking a bubble bath…basically anything that will nurture us. If we want to love and take care of ourselves then we need to make time for this. It will be the gift from ourselves to ourselves daily!..Nobody else will do that for us. We have to choose the time, schedule it and Ā do it! šŸ™‚ <3
The weekly challenge is:
Ā
* Spiritual: to work on our self esteem and self love, if theres a negative thought we will say; Cancel! cancel! and replace it with a positive affirmation like: I am love, I am forgiveness, I am peace etc. this helps a ton! lets do it!!! šŸ™‚ <3
* Physical: To nurture ourselves daily! but this goal is for a physical nourishment, like eating healthy, exercising, (which has been proven to raise self esteem)…stretching etc… your choice! šŸ˜‰
I hope today and the rest of the week will be blessed and wonderful! See you tonight for an awesome workout and therapy session! can’t wait to see everyone!
FYI: Class will be on this week and the next but it will be cancelled Tuesday the 22nd and the 29th of December & we will resume again in January! šŸ™‚
I’m here for you always! stay positive and think positive!
Love,
LILI

Forgiveness

This week I’ve had a strong feeling that I should focus on the attribute and gift of forgiveness. I have been studying and learning as much as I can about it and I’ve already gained a strong desire to change in so many ways and to do better….I hope to continue to learn more.Ā I pray that through this messageĀ you will be able to gain whatever God desires to put in your heart. <3
As human beings and as imperfect as we are, we sadly tend to focus on the things that other imperfect human beings have done to us intentionally or unintentionally, creating in us feelings of pain, hurt, anger, disappointment etc…Life will always be full of our imperfections and the imperfections of others. If we really desire to have the best possible life for ourselves and for those around us, then we need to learn what it truly means to forgive and the amazing power behind it.
Forgiveness will benefit ourselves more than those whom we forgive…It brings a peace that is indescribable….and our souls need peace to continue to move forward. Forgiveness is rising above the situation. It’s seeing things in a higher way, in the way that God would want us to see them and to deal with them. He counsels us to forgive others constantly, over and over if needed, even 70 times 7…always remembering that HE, our GOD is CONSTANTLY forgiving US for our sins and our mistakes.
There’s obviously a good reason to why God wants us to be forgiving…Could we ever live in Heaven with Him without knowing the power of forgiveness? or without learning what it is like to treat others as we would want to be treated?…All these attributes that He asks us to practice lead to a Higher knowledge, strength and nobility <3 As sons and daughters of God our souls here on this earth need to constantly try to reach to as high as we can. We’re made to be better than we are now, we are made to improve and to BE MORE! It’s within us! we just have to peel off the bad and let go of the things that stop us from progressing towards where we someday want to reach.
Let’s develop the attributes of the strong! Lets forgive with a pure heart and let go of the hurt and the feelings that have us trapped every time we think about it….We have to let things go for our own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We have to stop thinking about it and start filling our lives with more positivity and surround ourselves with all the good thats available.
The only way to really be able to forgive someone is to ask for Gods help! He will help us in our desire to rise higher than where we are now. <3 He will help to remind us that we really don’t know what’s truly in the heart of anyone…we don’t know exactly what this person has been through, we don’t know their challenges, sorrows etc…The only one who knows what’s in their heart is GOD. We have to leave it up to HIM to be the ultimate judge and we have to stop thinking about it. Our job is to be better and rise higher! to focus on our OWN HEART and ask ourselves; what do I need to get rid off to free my heart and be at peace? whom do I need to forgive? what is stoping me from rising higher than where I am now?
God knows each individual heart completely! Trust Him and know that He will help us change our hearts to be more caring, more forgiving, patient and full of love…To be more like HIM. The day will come that He will reward us for the changes we make and the goodness that we bring into our lives and into our hearts. The choice to forgive is ours, Let’s choose the path that brings true happiness, peace, and love into our lives.
I love you all and i’m here for you! <3 we’re all together on this journey to better ourselves…and we’re here to support, encourage and help each other…Plus, with God all things are possible! <3
Our spiritual goal for the week:
Is to pray and ask God for help in our process to forgive…to ask God to show us our weakness and help us strengthen it and to see the good in those who hurt us and to pray for them. we are strong and we can do this.
Our Physical goal:
Is to slow down on the sugar!!! can we do it? sugar is so addicting and we don’t realize that it is a drug :(…Lets be more conscious of the sweets and have more self control when the addiction speaks! lol…change your train of thought and eat something totally different or do an activity that will take your mind away from thinking about the sweets!..Lets see how we do! Ā šŸ™‚
Hope to see you tonight for class & for an awesome workout and meditation session. CAn;t wait!…Have a blessed and wonderful rest of the week!!! šŸ™‚

Gratitude

This week of thanksgiving we can focus on how blessed we have been during this year and how blessed we are now for all that we have and all that we constantly receive. Sometimes we even miss the small blessings and there are so many things that we take for granted.
Thinking about our last email, my thoughts of gratitude have increased during this week. not only for ALL that I have…but also because I’m so thankful to live in this Country where there is freedom, security, a love of God, and for the most part peace compared to the rest of the world…<3 Where we can love and respect each others differences and where people are willing to give, help and serve. I love this country so much! I can say that, because I was born and raised in a country where things were a lot different than they are here…Living here is a huge blessing to me and it has changed my life completely!!!Ā  I thank God for allowing me to be here & to LOVE this country! <3
Like me, you may all feel the same way…knowing that there is so much to be thankful for…the fact that we have THIS day, our health, to be alive TODAY, to have nature around us, family, friends, teachers, a home, water, electricity, and all the material things that surround us…There really is so much! <3 And we really don’t control much of what we have…God provides it ALL!Ā  Being grateful for our blessing will bring us closer to Ā HIM and will help us recognize His influence in our lives. Even the difficult things we go through can become blessings to us…the important thing is to have a spirit of gratitude in our hearts. <3
There’s a story in Luke 17 about gratitude which says;
Ā¶And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12Ā And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that wereĀ lepers, which stood afar off:
Ā 13Ā And they lifted upĀ theirĀ voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
Ā 14Ā And when he sawĀ them,Ā he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto theĀ priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
Ā 15Ā And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
Ā 16Ā And fell down onĀ hisĀ face at his feet, giving himĀ thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
Ā 17Ā And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but whereĀ areĀ theĀ nine?
Ā 18Ā There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

Ā 19Ā And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Lets be among the the souls who are full of gratitude! who turn their hearts to God, to fall at His feet to give Him thanks for all that we have. We really would be nothing without all of our blessings. Let’s be humble and thank Him, not only this week but ALWAYS!!! <3
<3 Our Goal for the week is to do an exercise of gratitude:
In my family every thanksgiving we pray for our blessings together and we pass out a piece of paper to everyone where we all write down the things that we are thankful for. (It’s meant to be a personal paper that you can take home with you each year and put up on the fridge etc..) but when everyone in the family is done writing their list we share one thing that we’re thankful for with the family and we listen to the blessings of others and how grateful they are for them. This exercise brings an awesome feeling of gratitude in the home. I hope you can try it. or if you want to do this alone, just thank God for your blessings, gratitude prayers are the best!!! <3
Ā <3 Our physical goal is:
Ā that we can have a day to enjoy the thanksgiving food. But the goal is that it won’t be two or three days of eating bad etc… Lets try to be really good the other days eating nutritious healthy meals and only being bad on thanksgiving day! šŸ™‚ lol Let’s do it!!! <3
Hope to see you tonight in class!!! I’m so excited to have that time to relax, exercise, get rid of stress and do something amazing for ourselves! Bring your friends and family so they can enjoy it too! Love yourself enough to do the BEST for yourself! Have a blessed and wonderful day!!! šŸ™‚

Be a Light!

I think all of us share similar emotions at this time that so many things have been going on around the world. I would like to share with you my experience of what I’ve been feeling and hope that my testimony strengthens you and helps you as much as I have received help during this time.

My heart has been aching, thinking about the innocent people who are suffering, have suffered and those who have lost their lives because of the darkness and evil plots in the hearts of human beings on this earth.

Because I have felt my heart ache so much and my soul so broken from seeing and hearing about all these events…this morning as I was preparing to write this message I couldn’t help but cry, a lot!…I noticed that the pain that was in my soul was also accompanied by fear of what would happen in the future etc…until I realized that only God could take away my pain and that I desperately needed to get on my knees and talk to my creator.

I knelt down and just asked Him to bring me peace, peace to my heart and my soul. I wanted to ask why? Why are these things happening…but I quickly realized that what He can provide for me at this time is peace!! so, I needed to ask for peace, comfort and courage. After my prayer I want to testify to you of how AMAZING God is! I waited on my knees for an answer and I want you to know that He did answer me in the most beautiful and indescribable way…I felt as if it was His light filling me completely! to the point that my mind, my heart, my entire body and my whole being felt completely covered in peace from inside out!..it was so beautiful. Then I felt/heard His peaceful yet powerful voice speak to my heart letting me know that He loves me, He loves all of us and He sees it ALL!…His aching is also great….He feels the pain and hears the cries of all of His children. He provides comfort to those who need it and seek Him. <3…justice will come in His timing. Then, I heard the words to one of my favorite hymns called Be still my soul,
Which says;

Be still, my soul: The Lord is in thy side;
with patience bear thy cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change he faithful will remain.
Be still my soul: Thy best, thy Heavenly Friend
Thru thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

Isn’t that beautiful? Seriously, I’m so thankful that those words were provided for my comfort and my peace. And the last two things I heard and felt in my heart and fully came to my mind so clearly are these two scriptures which say,

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)

And this one also fully came clearly to my mind and I heard it.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
For as the Heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9)

That amazing God that we pray to, that holds the earth and sky at His command, that created this testing period for us on earth…He really is in control and knows it ALL. He knows us even better than we know ourselves and I testify to you that yes! He does provide help and healing when we come to Him with a pure heart, not doubting that He loves us and will answer our prayers in his infinite timing and wisdom. We really have to doubt our doubts before we doubt our Faith! <3

He has provided peace to my soul today! I am so thankful and humbled to receive such an answer from my Father in Heaven and my savior Jesus Christ. I love them more than anything in the world or outside the world!…these feelings that I felt were also accompanied by a strong desire for us to unite ourselves in Love one with another. Instead of focusing on the negative (like I was doing) we have to focus on ***what we CAN DO!!!*** to give light into the world that so desperately needs courageous souls of light to shine and stand up not for the fear of man but the fear of God! To serve Him to love him and to do the things that this loving God wants us to do at this precise time! Things like, giving love, service, help, lifting the hands of those who are suffering or hurting and to BE HIS HANDS ON THIS EARTH. WE ARE HERE TO DO GOOD! TO BE GOOD! And to leave this earth when our time comes in PEACE knowing that we did the best we could for those who we know and for those who we don’t know! We are all Gods children and we can all help each other in our times of need…there’s a lot we can do. So let’s do it! Let’s give light and love! Let’s flood the earth with goodness!!!!! Darkness cannot prevail when there’s people like us who want to give light that will cover the world even in the hardest of times. I leave with you my testimony of these things that I will treasure in my heart forever, and I pray that you will feel Gods peace in your heart too and a desire to be that light and do your very best! & I say these things in the sacred name of my savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Our spiritual goal for the week is to be a light!!!
Donate to help the people around the world who are suffering and in need food, clothing, shelter! Any little bit helps. Or use your social media to provide light and positive messages of love and kindness. You can also help a stranger, do something around your community, lift the spirit of someone you know who needs it…help as many people as you can and make it a goal to do at least 1 nice thingĀ  for someone each day!!! <3

Our physical goal is to meditate, to take time alone to calm our minds in peace and quiet. Sit outside and let your mind be clear. Clarity will help you define you goals and also help you to realize how you want to love and take care of yourself of your body, what you eat, drink etc…to have your very best health that will allow you to be happy, have energy and to give of yourself even more to others.

I love you all! And I want you to know that always pray that whoever is meant to read this message will read it. Keep it in your heart and don’t forget what you feel please! God communicates so delicately with us, we have to treasure those moments. And feel the ways in which he speaks to us and our hearts. Let’s be a light to the world and be totally awesome at it!!!! lol šŸ˜‰ <3 We’re gonna do this together! And we can make a difference for sure! <3

See you tonight for a killer workout and awesome therapy session!!! Have a blessed and wonderful week! Stay string & Let’s do this!!!

Lots of love,
Lili <3

Challenges

We all have struggles, difficulties, and challenges. Some greater than others, but none of us are exempt from these things in our lives. It’s part of living on this earth, it’s part of the learning process we have to go through to know the differences between sickness and health, sadness and joy, etc. Challenges help us become more like our Father in Heaven….Teaching us empathy, patience, love and understanding for our circumstances and the circumstances of those around us. <3
We all have ways of coping with the challenges that come into our lives…at the end of the day it all has to do with CHOICE. We have more control than we think. Instead of getting down on ourselves, being stuck in a hole and letting the stress take over…We will choose differently! We will remember that GOD IS BY OUR SIDE!!! <3 With His power we will have the strength to have a better reaction and to react in the best and most beneficial way for our own well-being and for those around us.
During difficult times we can ask ourselves;
* WHAT AM I MEANT TO LEARN FROM THIS CHALLENGE?
* HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF AND SUCCEED DURING THIS?
* HOW AND WHAT CAN I DO TO OVERCOME IT?
God is anxious to hear from us and to help us. Especially during our hardest times! <3 His love for us is infinite and stronger than we can possibly imagine. We really can do all things with HIM by our side and we will overcome it all.
The spiritual goal for the week is to ask ourselves these questions, and to pray to receive strength and guidance. If we’re blessed enough to not be going through difficult times right now…then, the goal for the week is to seek and find someone who is having a hard time and to be there for them. To help rescue someone who needs us! God will guide you to know who that person may be. <3
Our physical goal for the week is to do some kind of physical activity, for at least 15 minutes per day. Ideally 30 minutes would be great, but whatever we can do is enough. As long as we’re doing something daily, that would be awesome! šŸ˜‰ Whether it’s going out for a walk, doing yoga or having a killer workout…anything will make a difference. So, make that happen for yourself daily and feel great and proud of what you do! šŸ™‚
Hope to see you tonight for class!!! The disco lights will be on, and the music will be awesome! The work out will be worth every minute! šŸ™‚ And the therapy will be amazing to feel renewed for the rest of the week! Have a blessed and wonderful day!!! <3
Lots of love,
Lili

Being Positive

It’s easy for us to get down on ourselves when life throws challenges and difficulties at us. But, focusing on the sadness, negativity, etc…doesn’t allow us to move forward and progress. A negative thinker sees a difficulty in every opportunity, and a *positive thinker sees an opportunity in every difficulty.
God created us to have JOY! He wants us to learn to be positive, to see the good, and to see all the blessings in our lives…
We are never alone! He holds our hand every single day of our lives. He is always there. We have to choose to reach out to Him and access His wisdom and power, through the immense blessing of the power of prayer that He has given us. <3
Remember, WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! We choose to be positive, think positive, speak positive and do all that is positive for our lives. šŸ™‚ <3
***Our spiritual goal for the week: is to kick those negative thoughts out of our lives and to replace them with POSITIVE thoughts!!! Lets try it for this week and see how good we feel! šŸ™‚ Be conscious of the moments when the negativity comes. Acknowledge it, but quickly change the thought to a positive affirmation for yourself. Ex; God fills me with light, I am happy, I am peace. <3
As my dear friend reminded me today, energy flows where attention goes. <3 …Keep your energy positive in ALL that you do and all things will work out for your good. <3
*** Our Physical goal is to continue to eat healthy! Eat things that feel good for your body before and after you eat them…you know what I mean. šŸ˜‰ That piece of chocolate cake might feel good before and while you’re eating it, but as soon as your done, the guilt comes and you feel bad that you ate it! Especially when you’re trying to take care of yourself! The goal for the week, is to make sure that everything you eat feels good after you eat it. That it feels like it was a good thing for your body, and that you won’t regret it afterwards…Choose the Good foods!!! šŸ™‚
Do your best and be your best! <3 God loves you, and so do I! Hope to see you tonight in class for an awesome time to get rid of stress, do something great for our bodies, and be totally renewed together.
Today will be a blessed and wonderful day!
xoxo,
LILI <3

Rejoice… Today!

We are blessed to wake up today and have another “chance” or gift from God to allow us to do better today, than yesterday. Trust Him to take care of you today. If you’re feeling stressed, take deep breaths and count your blessings and all that you have been given. Don’t let negative thoughts get in the way…you’re better than that.
Make it a wonderful day, remember that you and God are in control and you both want all that is GOOD for your life. šŸ™‚ Do your best for your health, your body, and your spirit. Today will be a blessed and wonderful day! <3***<3*** Our goal for the week, is to remember that each day really is a gift and that we DO want to be glad and rejoice in it. Always think of your blessings. You can use this quote to print it, and
put it up on the fridge or at work to remind you constantly that today is a blessing and that you want to focus on the good in your life and on being your best.***<3*** Our physical goal is to avoid fast food! Can we do it?…Of course we can! We’re strong! šŸ™‚ Instead of letting the urge to get fast food hit you, be prepared by having quick healthy snacks prepared ahead of time in baggies to carry with you during the week, and especially while you’re out. Add some of your favorite fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and these snacks will be your little life savers for when you’re hungry. šŸ˜‰ Healthy snacks will level your blood sugar and will help you not to crave the fast food and unhealthy stuff… We can do it! <3

Hope to see you tonight in class for an awesome renewal and therapy session. Can’t wait to dance, have fun, and take care of ourselves. If you can, bring light weights! That would be great, so that we can focus on toning and getting a little stronger. šŸ™‚ Plus, weights burn more calories and who doesn’t want that? lol :)…can’t wait to see you!!!

Have a wonderful day!!!
