Be Present

Be here. Today, guide your thoughts back to the present moment with gentle focus and live fully right where you are. Just being present throughout your day will allow you to experience more peace and joy.

We often keep our thoughts focused on the past or on the future and we forget to just enjoy today. To be present and to be here, right now and fully in the moment. God has counseled us in this too, Mathew 6:34 Says; “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” In His words, we learn that He wants us to be present.

I want to invite you to purposefully be more present during your day today. Let your day flow with grace, and tune in to your inner spirit to allow God to guide you toward where He wants you to focus your energy and attention today.

Allow yourself to be open to welcome the light of God into your life. To purposely focus on not allowing your Mind to go to the past or the future but instead focus on Feeling the love of God as it fills you and as you invite it in. His light & love allows you to be positive and to experience that inner Joy that can only come form His presence.

Today, notice what is around you and express gratitude for each moment you experience. Give thanks for your blessings, no matter how small they may be. Allow yourself to be open, kind and filled with love toward yourself and others. See the good in those around you and focus on inviting THE GOOD into your mind and heart from one moment to the next. Those things which you choose to focus on, will allow you to become more aligned to God, flowing in His light and being able to more easily enjoy the gift of TODAY.

When you are present there is a certain stillness and centeredness inside. You calm down. If you are feeling stressed during your normal day then one of my favorite ways to let that go is to take belly breaths and just focus on them for a minute or two.

To practice being present I suggest that you focus on your senses more. I call it 5,4,3,2,1 (5 things you see, 4 you hear, 3 that you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 that you can taste) focusing on your senses brings your attention to the present moment. Allow yourself to re-discover the beauty around you as if you were a child, seeing things for the first time. This will allow you to live more in the moment.

If you have moments of stress during the day. Remember to bring your Mind back to the awareness of the power that you can have now to calm yourself down. The breathing with belly seems to help calm one down in a physical way. Try to make time to take some deep breaths to calm yourself down. By focusing just on the in and out-breaths you connect to the present moment instead of the past or future scenarios that are making you feel stressed.

Today is a great opportunity to slow down our thoughts and minds and focus a little more on being more present. Listen closely to your inner voice guiding you and helping you feel grateful for each moment that you have. Use your breaths, your senses to bring you to each moment, letting go of all the other thoughts that try to take you away from being present. Remember that they are just thoughts that try to intrude and disrupt the inner peace and power that you have NOW.

Buddha said: “The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.”

Also, Leo Tolstoy said; “There is only one time that is important – NOW! It is the most important time because it is the only time that we have any power.”

So, today focus your energy and power on the moments that you have control of. Be present, kind and loving toward yourself and others one moment at a time. Seek the wisdom that God has for you today, and live aligned to the knowledge that God loves you and wants to help you be more present In your conversations, actions and thoughts. The more you practice those breaths and bringing your mind back to the present moment, the more you will enjoy living today and the more power you will have over the distractions and judgements that arise in our mind. The power is here, Now! Use your power wisely, focus on each moment and feel yourself truly living from one moment to the next.

Hope that you can make it to class Tonight at 7pm! This will be our New Class time for the summer. So, come enjoy the sunset with us, disconnect from all of the things that call for your attention and instead take a moment to give yourself some love and an opportunity to release stress, strengthen your Body, Mind and Spirit . You will leave feeling renewed, peaceful and filled with light to help you throughout your week.

Love you all! & Don’t forget that you’re not alone. You’re supported, guided and unconditionally loved exactly as you are. God loves YOU! and will help you through it all. Trust Him and feel His love and peace available for YOU TODAY.

Love,

Lili

I Deserve It

No matter what I’m carrying or holding on to today, I deserve to let go of negativity and hold on to all that brings peace, love and light into my life.

Each day I have the opportunity to choose where to focus my energy, thoughts and attention. Thoughts of fear, pain, lack, comparison or negative affect my Mind, Body and Soul. I recognize that they cause more damage and pain and that most of those thoughts come form the enemy, who doesn’t want me to progress or align to the divine light of God.

So, today I choose to focus on releasing all that is affecting me negatively and giving it all to God instead. I align myself to higher and greater power. The power which is full of love, light, peace and positivity. The light of God which reminds me that with each inhale and exhale that my physical body takes, I can say to myself; “I am a peaceful being,” “My mind is calm,” “My soul is joyful.”I know in whom I trust.”❤️

As I’m able to EXERCISE letting go of the thoughts and feelings that don’t serve me, I begin to understand my relationship with God. I know that I am His child and that He loves ME. He has a perfect plan aligned for me and as I learn to trust Him and listen to Him, I will be better able to master my mind, thoughts and emotions while I’m on this earth.

I will trust in His light, wisdom, mercy and guidance for my life. I place my full trust on Him. I promise Him to be a child who is fully trusting, no matter what. I want to be a child of God who sets no boundaries to the amazing Love, generosity and care that a loving Father in Heaven is willing and ready to give. I recognize that His power is limitless and there’s no end to the amazing things He can do for me in my life.

As I’m able to trust Him, I’m able to hear His words when He says; “Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.” D&C 6:36 When I look to God in every thought my doubts and fears leave. Negativity disappears because I’m filled with the love of God. ❤️

My Body, Mind and Soul feel peaceful and it’s my faith in God which propels me forward into taking more positive action for my life. It allows me to feel the power of God flowing in my daily thoughts and actions.

I will place my focus on the light, love and peace of my loving Father in Heaven. I will notice His hand in my life today, I will speak to Him with a pure heart and I will do my best to live a life that is positive, peaceful, grateful, loving and trusting….Because I deserve it. ❤️

Hope that you’re able to choose the same for yourself. Let’s take our power and overcome the negativity to instead choose to focus on inviting and allowing the Good to be with us. ❤️ Love you all and can’t wait to hear about the things that you’re able to overcome and focus on with a Gods power to help you. 🙂

UNFORTUNATELY CLASS IS CANCELED TONIGHT BUT WE WILL RESUME AGAIN NEXT WEDNESDAY. Do your best to take care of your body, Mind and Spirit TODAY. Don’t forget that it requires daily effort to re-charge ourselves and place that shield of protection over ourselves. So, choose to do that for yourself today. God is with you, He loves you and you’re not lacking anything with Him. All things will work out for your good. Trust Him, believe in Him and in YOURSELF. Focus on the good and fill yourself with peace, love and light one moment at a time.

Our spiritual goal this week is to focus on positive thinking, write down the things or thoughts that drain your energy:(…notice them and change them. End that pattern of negative thinking in your life & take those deep breaths to reconnect to God as often as you want. ❤️

Our physical goal for the week is to eat healthy meals this week and exercise at least 3 times this week. Take it one day at a time. You’ve got this! ❤️

Love,

Lili

Inner Peace Keeper

With everything going on in our world, It’s easy to allow the chaos of it all and of our life’s circumstances to increase our emotional stress, fear and anxiety.

We see that not only is our peace taken from us, but studies have recently shown that an increase in addiction and violence have been on the rise. The world as a whole is having a harder time controlling their feelings, thought and emotions. And sadly we’re finding ourselves and our loved ones looking for ways to “numb” the emotional stress that surrounds us.

We resort to food, addictive behaviors, look for compliments or validation on social media, we obsess over our physical appearance, use entertainment, tv, shopping, substances and many other activities that seem harmless at first, but little by little become the ways in which we buffer our emotions.

Can you see how we’re slowly becoming more and more dependent on outside sources to bring us “inner peace”? Most of the time we don’t even realize how much we’re allowing those things to control our emotional state, or how we’re “numbing the discomforts” of life which little by little disrupts our inner peace. The world would rather numb the emotions than to ever sit with them and feel and process what is going on.

This week I want to motivate you to take a look deeper within yourself. Remember that this may not feel comfortable at first and you may be tempted to grab your phone or try to look for your “buffering tools.” The goal is to honestly sit quietly and make a list of the things that you use to “numb” your emotional discomfort. What comes up for you? What are the things you reach for first? Do they bring you peace? Or do they leave you feeling worse?

Once you’re able to do this for yourself, be proud of your ability to be clear about what those things are. Set a goal for yourself this week that you will notice when those things start to show up and motivate yourself to not rely on them for your comfort. Instead, try to disconnect from the outside world to focus on your internal peace which is always available to you, if you choose to focus on it.

Remember that God invites us to fully place our trust on HIM. He is the prince of peace, who invites our souls to receive true, long lasting and eternal peace.

John 14:27 Says: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”❤️

God wants us to not be troubled or afraid. So, what is troubling you today? What is bringing you fear or frustration? Whatever those feelings are, sit with them for a little bit. It’s ok! & remember to allow yourself to speak to God and release that to HIM. He will remove those feelings from you and instead fill you with peace and trust in Him, which is where the greatest peace can come from. Being at peace with God is lasting peace for the soul. ❤️

Remember that no one has permission to upset you, not your circumstances or anything or anyone else, unless you allow them to do so. We talk about this in class every week! So, hopefully you can make it tonight to learn more about this so that you may practice and gain greater strength to help you.

So, set the goal for yourself to NOTICE what you’re using to buffer your emotions. Take some deep breaths appreciating your awareness, and move forward with focusing on inviting greater greater inner peace into your mind, heart and soul today. Make time to strengthen your relationship with God who is the Father of PEACE. He will allow you to be filled hour by hour, one day at a time.

Our Spiritual goal this week is: To gain greater inner peace. To be the KEEPER OF OUR PEACE! The PROTECTOR or our peace and to have the wisdom to know where our peace comes from and lean on that peace from God instead of leaning on anything else.

Our Physical goals is to exercise at least 2-3 times this week and to give our body more water a s healthy nutrient rich foods. ❤️

Hope To see you in class tonight at 6:30pm. Make this promise to yourself to do this for your Body, Mind and Spirit. This will allow you to release stress, strengthen yourself Physically, emotionally and spiritually. We will also practice being the keeper of our peace. Hope that you can make it and feel the difference.

Love,

Lili

My Day Is Yours

Have you ever approached your day in a way in which you can dedicate it to God? In which every action that comes from you, no matter how small, can be given to God?

I learned about this from a friend who is a young mom with little children and all kinds of responsibilities going on. (I think many of us can relate to this) On this specific day, I walked into her house and seeing how much she had to do I asked her what she needed help with. She mentioned that she was testing a new way of doing things that week.

She told me that she had been complaining for weeks about her tasks and her never ending lists. She knows that God knew she was grudgingly doing all of these things with a terrible attitude and very little patience for herself and those around her.

She told me that she had prayed about it and She had a strong feeling to turn her heart away from herself and instead be prayerful about which task to complete first. Then she felt she should DEDICATE EACH TASK TO GOD. She said that she could tell the difference in something as simple as washing the dishes, reading to her children, cleaning her home, etc.

I was inspired by her example and prayed that God would help me to be more mindful about dedicating each task to Him. I noticed the difference in myself that week and and I think it’s time for me to practice this again this week. I invite you to do this as well and notice the difference in yourself.

Not everything will turn out perfectly, obviously. But the fact that we’re willing to make a promise to God that we will try to dedicate our thoughts, actions and tasks to Him is a beautiful way for us to align ourselves to MORE of His Divine light. Where we can feel it ONE MOMENT AT A TIME allowing it to flow with us throughout the day. It’s as if we’re caring a little prayer or dedication in our hearts throughout the day. A way of honoring Him for giving us the ability, health and energy to complete each task. Having gratitude for the opportunity to be trusted to care for ourselves and ourselves and our God given families.

So, today I invite you to keep a prayer in your heart and to dedicate each task that you have to do, to God. Consider being a present and attentive channel of divine love and light today. In every small thing you make, create something beautiful for God and be willing to be an instrument of love and peace for him.

Ask God to bless the hands of your work, to remind you that you do not walk alone but that He can bless your hands to do good for yourself and others today. Ask Him to bless your eyes with the sight to see Him in the tasks that are ahead. To let all the work that you do, be done with God in the fabric of your actions and transactions. Reminding yourself that your work is also God’s work.

Ask Him to bless the steps of your path that you may know what should be done next and next, and how to stay in the flow of grace. So that He may show you where to go and where to be. That your steps may be His steps today. Ask him to bless your mouth so that you may speak in kindness and love to yourself and those around you. To allow God to speak through you and to help you raise the vibrations of those around you.

Allow Him to be in your heart, to give love, to be filled with gratitude, humility, kindness and to keep in your heart all that is good and all that allows God to reside with you. Finally, ask Him that you may be an instrument for his peace. That in the small moments of your day, you may come from a place of serenity and peace. That your thoughts and actions may bring a sense of calm and peace to others and to the world around you.

Remind yourself today that in each step and with each breath you are an instrument of peace, love, and light. Acting, connecting and feeling as the hands and feet of the divine. You’re a child of God. You already have Divinity within you. It is part of you and you have the chance to practice flowing in that Divinity each moment at a time 🙂 God loves you! He has a perfect plan for you. All things are in His hand. Including YOU!

He wants to invite you to feel His presence more often throughout your day. So, allow yourself to be open to Him and notice what a difference it will make today. Each task, each moment, each thought…Your thoughts, Mind, heart, body and soul centered on Him will make all the difference. This is our spiritual goal for the week.

Our physical goal is to give ourselves at least 3 days of exercise this week and to choose nutrient rich foods. 😉

Love you all and hope that you can make it tonight at 6:30 for an amazing opportunity to do something to strengthen our Body, Mind and Spirit. The hardest thing is always showing up, but once you’re there you’ll be able to enjoy the sunset, connect to yourself and to God and feel the difference.

Love,

Lili

One Day At A Time

Sometimes we rush through our days having so many distractions and responsibilities that we forget to slow down a little and enjoy the moment.

Unfortunately, most of our thoughts end up stuck in the future or the past, and by the time we know it, the day is gone. Our days pass so quickly, our children grow up, another birthday comes around, we see ourselves changing and life passing quicker than we expected. This is when we start to realize that worrying about the past and the future is unnecessary. The past is gone, and the future is unknown. So why not focus instead on enjoying the moment we have TODAY.

Slowing down and re-focusing on the present moment takes practice, but it’s so rewarding. Taking time to count our blessings and to just enjoy wherever we may be at this moment, will bring us so much peace. Trusting in God each moment, knowing that He’ll take care of everything as He has done in the past and will do in the future…The moment to fully live and enjoy life is NOW.

I believe that God created Day and night for a reason. Night time is our reminder to slow down, to rest, sleep and renew our minds and our bodies. A time for us to turn off the constant chatter of our thoughts, the stress and the distractions of our day and to allow ourselves to rest and recover.

I also believe that God our Father wants us to focus on taking in that sunrise as a way of seeing a new day as a new opportunity for us to choose that renewal, to help us and strengthen us. It’s a reminder of a new chance, a new day to live the best way we can. It’s an opportunity to focus on this one day, on it’s different challenges or blessing that it may bring. A new opportunity to grow, to CHOOSE the the best things that we can bring into our body, mind, soul and relationships.

God wants us to focus on taking things ONE DAY AT A TIME. The more that we’re able to enjoy the DAILY BLESSINGS, the “daily Bread” that God gives us & the daily energy and mercy that we’re able to receive from Him, the happier and more peaceful our lives will be.

One of the best ways to practice being present is to focus on our 5,4,3,2,1 senses. We practice this in class every week and it helps us to bring ourselves to present. Also being aware of practicing distancing ourselves from our thoughts to just be still in the moment is also so helpful.

As we make a conscious effort to enjoy each day, to give service and help others, to choose how to react to our thoughts, situations in a way that invites peace for us in each moment. We will see that doing this, will allow us to connect to God more often. Noticing the little blessings and allowing ourselves to connect better to the divine light that is all around us. In nature, and in all living things that testify that there is a God who gives lives daily.

Mathew 6:34

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take Thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

So, He wants us to remember to not worry about tomorrow. The things of tomorrow will work out the way they’re meant to and according to His will. He doesn’t want us to be so focused about Tomorrow, instead He wants us to think about what we can do today. So, I invite you to Trust in God and trust in His love. Trust that He will provide for you in His way and in His timing. Let go of those feelings of stress, anxiety and fear. Instead, trust in the being who created the universe and who knows the end from the beginning. The one who KNOWS YOU! LOVES YOU! & Has His own perfect plan for your life, for what you’re meant to go through, overcome and rejoice in…It’s all in HIS HANDS & HE LOVES YOU!!! ❤️ So, choose to live this day in Joy and feeling blessed.

Remember to take it one step at a time, one day at a time. Enjoy the blessings, the little moments and you will feel amazing in knowing that you’re enjoying your most precious little DAILY blessings. Focus on just TODAY. Feel the love and the blessing of having those around you. Be Glad & make today an amazing day to be present. ☀️ God will bless you and take care of you. Trust in Him & He’ll take care of the rest. For now, just focus on today & do your best.

Psalm 118:24

This is the day which the Lord hath made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Our Spiritual goal for the week is to focus on taking it ONE DAY AT A TIME. Slow down a little and rejoice! Find joy in your day. A life with joy is a life well lived. So, focus on joy, being present a s strengthening your relationship with God to give you the daily wisdom that you need to know where to focus your energy, thoughts and actions.

Our Physical goal for the week is to have more water throughout the day and to eat foods rich in vitamins and nutrition. Let’s Put away the bad stuff! We can do it! 🥰

Hope to see you tonight at a NEW ClASS TIME! WE WILL START 6:30 pm. Come do something amazing for your Body, Mind and Spirit. You will be so proud of yourself and you’ll leave feeling peaceful, centered on God and renewed in every way. Love u all & hope that you can make it ans gain something from class and from this message.

I Choose Joy

Choosing joy can be hard sometimes. Specially during the times when we’re trying to endure some of the most difficult moments that life has to offer. On some days even the smallest step toward joy can feel like climbing a mountain. The truth is, we can honor a wide range of feelings, in the span of one day, while moving at any pace we choose toward that which is one step lighter.

Research has shown that although some people are born with a more positive disposition, anyone can reprogram their thoughts to foster more feelings of joy and happiness. Once we become aware of the negative repetitive thoughts that keep us distracted and distressed, we can turn toward prayer and positive affirmations to break the cycle. And over time, these new positive thoughts will become habitual.

Some of the best affirmations we can use, can be found in the word of God. Using scripture to regain peace and strength can become one of our best tools to fight against the negative thoughts that try to take over. God wants us to remember that we can choose to Rejoice.

1 Thessalonians 6:16-18 Says; Rejoice evermore.
Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Joy isn’t optional, it is an essential part of those who believe in God. Because we know and trust in a God who created us to have Joy. We know that He wants us to find joy in the journey. He wants us to learn to CHOOSE that for ourselves. & I believe that if it comes from the word of God, it’s placed there with love. There is wisdom in the words of God, and I believe that someday He will ask us about how much Joy we chose to focus on in our lives.

When we can feel our connection to God, we can start to see that as children of God, He wants us to experience the ups and downs of life with Him. That we may remember that through it all we can find joy and focus on the opportunity of seeing God amidst whatever storm we may be facing. He truly can become the God of our circumstances. We can strengthen our faith in Him, notice the good around us and focus on joy one day at a time.

Joy isn’t a feeling that is dependent on our circumstances. It is a response to the goodness of God and our eternal salvation. Choosing joy has very little to do with how we feel and everything to do with how we obey, how we trust and how we believe in the love of God. ❤️

Choosing joy is a spiritual practice, renewing our connection with the divine as we become lighter, more mindful and more peaceful. When in alignment with the spirit of God we can relax and trust that all things will be done according to His will. We will trust and focus on our blessings. We will see that we are safe. We are home in the peace of God. And this is who we really are.

Our goal for the week is to experiment with positive affirmations. Write down your favorite scriptures on your journal or on your phone. Allow negative thoughts and words to move naturally through you without taking up residence.

Love yourself. Complement yourself. Choose to do things that bring you joy daily. Be grateful, be kind to yourself, Eat nutritious foods, Get plenty of sleep. Move your body. Keep company with joyful people.

Read uplifting books. Listen to joyful music. Choose inspirational articles, podcasts and movies. Basically BRING ALL THAT IS GOOD AND UPLIFTING INTO YOUR LIFE.

And finally in your heart say to yourself: I open my heart to the possibility of joy. I am grateful for the gifts of today. I trust that my benevolent God has a divine plan for my highest good. I trust in Him and in myself. I choose Joy in my life. 💛🥰

Hope that you can make it to class tonight at 6:00 pm. We will focus on releasing stress and also on allowing ourselves to focus on being joyful and grateful for all that we have. Remember that you are your own best cheerleader and that the motivation to get yourself to class has to come from YOU! So, do this for yourself and feel the difference. You’ll leave feeling renewed and amazing! ❤️ Hope to see you there! ❤️

Lili 🌸

Trust In God And In Yourself

Our life has a purpose. When God created each one of us, He had a plan in mind and a mission for us to accomplish. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God wants us to be hopeful, to trust Him and to do our best to accomplish His plans for us. He’s not asking us to figure everything out but instead He’s asking us to trust Him and to trust in His pan for our lives.

As we place our trust in Him & come closer to Him our purpose will become clearer and He will be better able to guide us toward becoming who He desires us to become.

Having hope and faith in God brings us the power to act. We know that we can’t just wish for things to happen and that’s it. When we have faith in God, we gain a stronger desire to ACT. We’re more willing to put in the work necessary toward reaching who we are meant to be. God said; “Whatsoever thing ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is good, in Faith believing that ye shall receive, behold it shall be done unto you.” (Moroni 7:26)

God is ready to bless us if we have a pure heart, if we seek Him & Ask Him, BELIEVING that we will receive. How amazing is that? This is where our faith is tested & where God is able to show Himself in our lives. Christ said; “If ye will have faith in me ye shall have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in me.” (Moroni 7:33) That scripture promises us that we will have power through our faith to accomplish the desires of our heart that align with the desires that God has for us. So, with our Faith in God, we’re better able to see more clearly which goals we should focus on and actually accomplish them.

We can go to God daily & from Him receive wisdom and power to accomplish those things. We can then Act toward our goals taking the daily action to move closer to our goals. God will help us achieve our physical, spiritual, emotional or temporal goals. He knows what’s in our hearts and because He loves us and wants the best for us, HE WILL HELP US. TRUST HIM AND TRUST IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO THIS FOR YOURSELF. ❤️

Having faith also allows us to act as if our goals are on their way. That belief and trust in God and in ourselves that we will make our goals possible with His help, will bring motivation. We can ask for daily wisdom to know what to focus on for this day, and we can move forward toward accomplishing that goal. Remember to start out with smaller goals that lead to the bigger goals. The more that we’re able to accomplish the small things the more momentum we will have to accomplish the bigger things. Practice seeing yourself accomplishing your daily goals. Visualize yourself doing it and having Gods help to achieve what is in your heart. feel yourself getting Healthier, stronger, becoming more peaceful, accomplished etc.

When you have those days when notice yourself comparing where you are to where you want to be, focus on this one question: “What single, small decision can I make right now to move forward in my process of becoming? Write down your thoughts and feelings and be aware of what comes to your mind. That’s one way you can know which action to take. Also, there may be times when we feel like giving up on our goals because we slipped or made a mistake. But remember to be kind to yourself, Don’t give up. Just take a moment to evaluate what led to the mistake or the negative thought and wether your process should be modified to help prevent it from happening in the future. If you know your goals are worth working toward you will keep trusting and moving forward with faith in God.

Finally, Remember that rather than focusing solely on the outcome of the goal, put your energy into the process of becoming. In a process, every moment is important. You can enjoy feelings of small daily successes. You can learn from setbacks, rather than treating them as signs of failure. In a process of becoming you can find joy in each moment, you can be grateful for the opportunity to be a work in progress. You can remember to LOVE YOURSELF DAILY! And to be compassionate and speak kindly to yourself. You trust that as long as you are working the process, which is an essential part of exercising faith in God, reaching your goal will be the natural outcome.

So, make it a point today to re-evaluate your goals. Think about what you’re working toward and what God wants you to place as your top priorities. Align yourself to that knowledge and that desire to work toward the things which are important. Make a plan, start small, visualize and give yourself grace and the motivation that you need to accomplish each thing. If we want something we have to work toward it. Make it a pleasure to work on yourself daily and on your journey of becoming. Find joy in this journey and move forward trusting and having faith in God and in yourself.

With God all things are possible! You can do it! Count on Him, do your best & go for it. HOPE, ACT & BECOME.

Out SPIRITUAL GOAL for the month of May is to accomplish some goals. Set 1 to 3 goals that you want to work toward. Break down the steps and set aside the time daily to act on them. Ask God in Faith to help you & get to work. Continue to give yourself daily grace. You can do it! Plus, God has promised the POWER for you to accomplish it. Stay motivated and make it it happen.

Our PHYSICAL GOAL for the week is to exercise at least 3 days and to eat as clean as we can. Choose nutrient rich snacks and try to remove the sugary drinks. Try to be conscious of your choices and the different things that are going into your body. Make it easy for yourself by having healthy snacks available so you don’t get super hungry and reach for the bag of chips in the pantry. Make the decision, help yourself and track it if it helps you. You’ll notice the difference in your mood and energy. Your body will thank you for choosing good food.

We will have CLASS TODAY AT 6:00 pm! Come enjoy the sunset, release stress, and do something awesome for your body, Mind and Spirit. Only YOU can do this for yourself. Make the promise to yourself and keep that promise. That’s how you can continue to LOVE yourself more and more. So, put on your workout clothes ahead of time and drive yourself to class, (That’s the hardest part) I promise that you’ll leave feeling AMAZING!!! Centered, peaceful and motivated to take on the week and accomplish your goals.

Hope to see you there and that you’re able to keep this message and goals in your heart. God will strengthen you & help you to accomplish them. Trust Him & DO YOUR BEST ONE DAY AT A TIME. ❤️

Love,

Lili

Release The Pain

We all have had hurt relationships, passed wrongs or doings and unprocessed emotions that we carry with us. Sometimes it’s unknowingly, because we have buried those thoughts and emotions deep within us.

We fear the discomfort of having to sit down with our thoughts and process our emotions. But the key to moving passed them is for us to process this for ourselves and to create a mental plan on how to respond to these thoughts or situations. We must stop the cycle of hurt within us and instead turn those experiences into the growth that we need.

Creating a personal plan for ourselves to help us take care our own individual Body, Mind and Soul is so important. I love talking about the connection of these 3 areas of ourselves, because I believe that it’s in the alignment of these 3, that we’re able to create true internal peace. Which trickles down to all other areas and situations that we may encounter. Create the plan that best works for you! Take care for your Mind, Body and Soul DAILY and you’ll see that doing this for yourself will allow that internal strength and peace to help you navigate your thoughts and your life in a much healthier way. ?

While we can’t control what memories stick with us or not, we can control our attention. Specifically, we can exert control over how much we choose to focus on and ruminate about past wrongs committed against us. Sometimes we forget that we have full control over our attention and we do not need to keep going back to relieve the past pain. We all know that the past is out of our control, we have to acknowledge that and move forward. Instead, we can focus our attention on something we can control today. Focusing on positive thoughts and actions that are worth our time and energy right now. Trying to be present is always way more helpful than re-living the past.

If processing your emotions brings up anger or frustration remind yourself that it is ok to feel these emotions. Take a moment to briefly acknowledge the feeling, validating that you have every right to feel it. But then ask yourself: Will continuing to elaborate on what happened and extending my anger or frustration do me any good in the long term? Just because your anger is justified doesn’t mean it’s helpful. You can validate your anger, but DON’T FEED IT.

Allowing your Mind to process your emotions is so important. I love the thought of minimalism for the mind. Just keeping what’s truly important in your mind is so helpful. Meditation is a huge way to sit and observe your mind and thoughts and filter out what is not useful. You can sit for a moment, breathe and just be in your body and allow yourself to feel where in your body those emotions are present. You can ask yourself what those emotions feel like etc… Then you can focus your attention and energy on gaining control on how to react and grow from the situation you’ve experienced.

Remind yourself to make the healing process positive for YOU. Your mind can focus on what you want to achieve. This type of exercise is for your inner peace, It’s totally worth doing & remember that each opportunity that presents itself is a chance for you to practice. So, take time throughout your day to notice your thoughts, question how good they are for you, and take some deep breaths, process your thoughts carefully and with compassion and remind yourself to come back to being in the present moment.

The Body can always help in the healing process as well. Getting enough rest, Taking in nutrient rich foods, having time to relax, and allowing yourself to exercise is so important. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins in your brain that make you feel happy. Not only is your brain dumping out feel-good chemicals, but exercise also helps your brain get rid of chemicals that make you feel stressed and anxious. It’s amazing what taking care of your body can do. Not only for your Mind but also for your health and physical well-being.

And last but not least, The importance of taking care of your soul. Giving yourself time daily to disconnect from all of the things that call for your attention and instead to have a moment to connect to God. To allow yourself to open your heart to Him. To ask Him for forgiveness and also for guidance as you try to heal from the things of the past. God will help you feel peace, He will remind you to believe in His goodness, to count your blessings and to know that you have within yourself divine light and power as the child of God that you are. He makes you capable to forgive, to move forward and to overcome.

God’s healing is available for you TODAY! Take advantage and reach out for divine help to process your thoughts and emotions. As you believe in Him, He will help you Mentally, Physically and Spiritually. It’s only through divine guidance that you will be able to have true clarity of mind, to see what you’re meant to gain from your challenges. You will also gain peace and strength to move forward. So, Hold on to Him and experience true healing, true love and peace in your life…The more open you are to receiving form Him the more you gain. WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

You deserve internal peace, & it is already within you. Release the uncontrollable past and instead focus your energy on nourishing the present, the good and the light within you. It’s all in your control. Remind yourself; “I am Divinely guided today to care for my mind, body and soul. & I do this for myself because I deserve and love that internal peace.”

Hope that you can make it to class tonight at 6 PM for an amazing outdoor sunset work out that will also help you to strengthen your body mind and soul. Make that promise to yourself, come and feel the difference. You’ll leave feeling amazing and I promise that you won’t regret doing this for yourself.

Lili ❤️

Be Still My Soul

Our lives can be either driven by our schedules or by spirit. They can be driven by the constant chatter of our minds or by a place of calm. They can be driven by impulse or by wisdom.

Precious, sacred silence is one of our most essential friends. Our silent time reminds us of who we are and it gives us access to infinite wisdom from which we are guided when making our daily decisions. So why is it so difficult to write it on today’s schedule?

Many of us now have a spiritual practice during which we pray for assistance, read the word of God, meditate, focus on gratitude or find ways to inspire our heart. But as we know, the world pulls ferociously in different directions. It begs us to pay attention, to divide our time, to distract our focus and to be busier than it’s good for the soul.

It takes a mindful effort and awareness to revisit our priorities often, and make the time to connect with spirit. It’s the most important thing we will do in the day. And when we do it first, the rest of the day is driven by moments of intuition gained from connecting mindfully with the source of all love, peace and light.

This is not a duty or an effort. We don’t work to be more spiritually connected; it is who we are. All we have to do is set aside time to check in and to let the noise drop away for long enough to reveal the beauty and calm that resides within us. And if we can just hover there…open… For a moment without jumping in with a thought, within that stillness, is when we’re able to activate our soul’s wisdom.

Having a time during the day to calm the mind and still the soul can be a challenging practice. But that is one of those things that will have lasting consequences in our lives. We deserve to create moments of internal peace for ourselves. Moments to gain higher intuition and guidance. The rewards of doing this for ourselves will reach across all aspects of our being. Every day is a good day to begin learning or to recharge our practice. It’s always better to have progress over perfection.

Our goal for this week is to create more peaceful moments, to quiet our minds, be still and listen. We can ask for inspiration, breathe and take a moment to write down what we feel. As we’re able to keep those notes throughout the week, we will see that God does speak to us. Directly to our heart ♥️ That internal peace is always available to us. Silence and peace can become our new friend. God wants to remind us that we can create moments to be still, to Still our souls and to know that He is God. Invite more of that light and wisdom into your day and you’ll feel the difference.

May we quiet our words, calm our thoughts, soften our hearts and still our souls daily, so that we may listen, be open and receive. And most importantly, let spirit lead.

Hope that you can make it to class tonight at 6 PM to give yourself the gift of strengthening your Body Mind and Spirit. Come release stress and negativity. & allow yourself to recharge and renew. You won’t regret it.

Love,

Lili

Yes You Can

When you feel overwhelmed and stressed with whatever may be going on in your life right now, Just remember that it is OK for you to just stop thinking about it all for a minute. It’s ok to just take some deep breaths, refocus yourself and remind yourself that YOU CAN do hard things. YOU CAN overcome this, YOU CAN take on those goals, and YOU CAN & WILL continue forward and upward on your journey.

The path of complaining, feeling discouraged and negative is always easier, but definitely not rewarding. We often allow the emotions or judgments of others to affect us, when we already know that we can’t control what anyone else does or says. We can only control what we think, say or do. The choice is ours.

That is where our power comes in. This is the moment when we need to react positively for ourselves. Because we deserve it! And because we CAN choose a better option for ourselves. We can come from a place of love, respect and confidence so that we may be able to be here for ourselves, to have our own back & to cheer ourselves on as we go through life. We must practice coming from a place of confidence and trust in God and in ourselves to overcome and accomplish all that God has for us in this life.

Philippians 4:13 Says; I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

There are so many amazing scriptures to remind us that God is with us and that He can get us through anything we may be facing. What’s important, is that we choose to trust in His words and to allow those words to come over us, to empower us and to fill us with His strength. So that we may be able to continue moving forwarding in light, love, faith and in positive energy for ourselves and for what we may be facing. Trusting in God, seeing the goodness around us and focusing on inviting positive thoughts daily will make all the difference.

So, today tell yourself YOU CAN! You can overcome this, you can make it through even if it’s just ONE DAY AT A TIME. God wants to remind you that through Him you can do MORE! Even ALL THINGS!!! He wants to remind you that you’re loved by your creator, that your work doesn’t go unnoticed, but that it’s actually noticed by the most amazing being in the universe. He knows your heart and is ready and willing to help you through it All.

Believe in yourself, and in your capacity to choose to focus on the good. To keep your eyes centered on what God would want you to do for yourself and for those around you. Keep your heart focused on the Love of God so that may experience more love for yourself. Focus today on feeling Gods love in the smallest little things, like the air you breathe, the plants, animals and children you see. The light and love of God is all around you! In ALL living things and more! How much of it can you see, experience and connect with?

Remember that it is up to you to choose the words I CAN. God has reminded you, that YOU CAN!! So, Whom better to trust than HIS WORDS. If He says you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Then, really put it to the test. Try to do all things through Christ and in His name. You’ll know what choices to make, what to focus on and how to use your time, energy, thoughts and actions. Connect to God and to believing that YOU CAN & feel the difference.

Our Spiritual goal for ourselves today is to “check in” With ourselves each hour, to take some deep breaths and re-focus our energy on what we want to feel. Ask yourself, how do I want to show up for myself and others during this hour? Remind yourself I CAN DO THIS! I can do all things through Christ who Strengthens me….Whatever your goal is, remember to give yourself the gift of encouragement, love and alignment with God to remain positive. You’ve got this & YOU CAN DO THIS.

Our physical go for the week is to remain in alignment with our health goals. Focus on the good healthy foods you can eat and how good they are for your body. Don’t tell yourself you can’t have that! Etc…Instead tell yourself you CHOOSE not to have it because you’d rather choose something healthier for yourself. Tonight in class we’ll talk a little more about this.

Hope that you can make it to class tonight at 6PM to strengthen your Body, Mind and Spirit! Motivate yourself to do this for YOU! Because you love yourself enough to make the time for it and because you deserve to Release stress and recharge your energy. I promise you won’t regret it. ❤️

If it rains we’ll be inside, but for now, the weather looks nice for us enjoy the sunset outside. Love you all and hope you can make it!.

Love,

Lili
